Watch ALBA Party MP Neale Hanvey in ALBA's Weekly Update

With Christmas fast approaching, it has been another incredibly busy week for ALBA with activity in Westminster but more importantly on the ground in Scotland.

You can watch a full summary of the week with ALBA Party MP Neale Hanvey here:

The first-ever ALBA National Council was held in Dunfermline last weekend. With no shortage of excellent candidates for key positions within the party, piece by piece the democratic structures of ALBA are being securely built.

Kenny MacAskill MP and Neale Hanvey MP led a debate at Westminster on Scotland's offshore renewables, you can watch the debate in full by following the link below:

On St Andrew's Day, ALBA activists travelled to Edinburgh to welcome Craig Murray back to active campaigning following his unjust incarceration in Saughton Prison. You can watch Craig's full statement following his release here:

At the ALBA Christmas Party Craig Murray gave a speech as the guest of honour and guided by Party Chair, Tasmina Ahmed Sheikh the party raised valuable funds for campaigning as well as a wonderful collection of toys for deprived children in Glasgow.

While it has been a busy week of ALBA activity, we now prepare for our next National Day of Action on independence next Saturday December 11th. Look to your local ALBA organisation for details of activity in your area.
